2 cups white flour
1/2 cup salt
2 cups water
2 tbs cooking oil
2 tbs cream of tartar
drop of food coloring
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
When it looks smooth, cool the mixture, then play with it!
Store in an airtight container.
