Izzy is doing the funniest thing right now. When he walks up and growls and we act scared, he laughs and throws up his hands and says, "I just play!" Cracks us up every time. Except that he now uses it as a way to try to get out of trouble.
For instance, at dinner last time he took a big drink of his milk, swished it around, then spit it all over the table. We told him this was bad, and he looks at us and says indignantly, "I just play!" We tell him that, no, that was bad and was not playing, so he says as hatefully as a two year can muster, "Okay!" We had to hide our laughter. We are raising a little degenerate.
A quick update on the house - we actually had 8 or 9 couples come by!! Woo-hoo!! They bring about 20 copies of the fact sheets, so half were taken, and the blank sign-in sheet is for when realtors bring people by. Things are looking good, I think.
Another quick update - so far today, Izzy has stayed dry!!! Keep your fingers crossed for us!
I'm off to rescue a squealing Sophie - mark my words, this one will be an early talker. She is very rarely quiet. But she's a sweetie, so it's not too bad...yet.
