THREE TIMES TODAY!

I am so SICK and TIRED of cleaning this house and leaving it for strangers to come in and suck up all my oxygen. Three hours today we weren't allowed in our own house. Well, I guess we could have been here but we do actually want to sell this place. I can not believe gas is $2.89 here now. Our gas bill for Chris's commute in ungodly and it's getting worse by the day. That is, of course, why we're selling it, because we actually love living here, but what are you going to do?

You know, when we were first decorating Sophie's nursery, while I was still pregnant, I was sad because I knew that I'd have her in my room by my bedside for the first few months. I figured we'd sell this place before she even spent a night in her crib. But now she's been in her crib for nearly SEVEN months and we've still not had an offer. Not a single one.

Selling a house in a dead market truly sucks. People have no idea what they're putting the homeowners through when they make that appointment. Then, we have no idea if people are actually showing up or not. You'd be surprised how few people actually turn off the lights we leave on for them. No one picks up the leaflets our realtor has us leave out either.

Every time I watch that show on HGTV where people are looking for a home to buy, people are doing crazy shit like looking in drawers, touching personal items, and sitting on the bed. STAY AWAY FROM MY THINGS!!! I mean, look in the cabinets and closets. That, I understand. But why would you sit on someone's bedspread? Or even their couch? If you're tired, get back in your own car and sit down and get out of my house.

It's just such an invasion of privacy. Man, I hate all this crap.

Sick and tired? Strangers sucking up all your oxygen? Get used to it sister, it ain't going to get any better. I don't answer the foor and got myself my own O2 tanks;)
Think of how many other people have gome thru the same thing, just don't dwell on it too long, it'll only bum you out, take care.
You are lucky to have a wonderful family, have you realized that important factor lately?
