There's hope yet.

Can you see the little bit of blue that looks stuck to Sophie's head? It's a hair barrette!!! And it's on a tiny little piece of hair!! Yeah, I know. Pitiful. We didn't take her out of the van with it in her hair, but the light glinting off it shone as bright as a beacon of hope. Well, to me, at least.
