Chef Chris

For dinner tonight, Chris made a light basting sauce of Tabasco Caribbean Style steak sauce and pineapple juice for grilled chicken breasts with grilled pineapple. As the side, he sliced potatoes, spritzed them with a tiny bit of oil, sprinkled on some cheddar and baked them.

YUMMO. My only complaint with the meal is that my stomach is terribly upset (surprise, surprise) and I wasn't able to eat much. But what I ate was FABULOUS.

I'm tempted to rent him out.
