Sophie wanted a pillow that we got for Izzy a long time ago from Ikea, but he didn't want to part with it, so I went out and bought cute material and ribbon and made her one of her own.Yeah, I know, it's far from perfect. Especially the corners. *cringe* Is it obvious that it's my first time sewing with ribbon trim? Yeah, I know it is. And I broke a needle doing so. Thought I'd broke the machine, but Chris managed to bend it back into shape tonight and I finished it up a little while ago.
But flaws and all, isn't it CUTE??? When I first flipped the material right side out, Sophie, who had been patiently sitting beside me in rapt attention, exclaimed, "I love it! I LOVE it!"
Does a mama's heart good. *happy smile*
