Izzy broke his mama's heart this morning.
I was getting my lunch ready this morning and I grabbed a banana, and I got one for Izzy too, to take to MaMa Norma's. I handed him his banana and we went downstairs to let the dogs out.
As I was getting them back inside, Izzy got distracted by a paint holder thingy and an empty tin of dog mints. I put the girls up, and I told Izzy to pick up his banana so we could leave. He didn't, of course, so I handed it to him, he smiled up at me and he trotted off to the door.
He was wearing blue jeans, tennis shoes, a red polo shirt and a grey sweatshirt jacket zipped up half way, and he was swinging his banana at his side with each quick little step. I looked down at him thinking how cute he looked - at how much like a big boy he looks now, what with his hair coming in now and filling out a little. Then it hit me.
It won't be that long till he heads of to Kindergarten, banana in hand. Happily trotting to the door, leaving mama behind.

As a Kindergarden mom I gotta tell you the time does fly, but it is amazing and your beautiful little man won't leave you behind. He's gonna take his momma on all of his adventures and it's gonna be a great trip.

That brought a little tear to my eye. He is growing up so fast and looks so much like a little man now! Don't worry though--we will all be there with you, excited, yet sad as can be, that first day of kindergarten.
Cindy,
Vivienne gave up her bedtime bottle last night. She just handed it to me before she even got to her room and said "Ah Dun", then grabbed her pacifier and blanket and scooted off to her room. When did my baby get kidnapped by this toddler? No idea. But its hurting me too.
Awwww, don't make me cry. My babes are growing up way too fast also.
