Ok, technically I was "officially" a mom a long time ago, but I mean I've now become that horror of horrors, a woman obsessed with home goods. And not the cool ones. No, I'm so excited I can't stand it because I'm getting a new washer and dryer tomorrow!!!! Woo-hoo!!! Our current dryer takes at least an hour and a half to dry a load, and the new one is supposed to be done in a half an hour!!!!! I'll keep you posted, because I know you all are as excited as me to see if it actually does as promised!
So the doctor appointment went great. Baby is showing good growth. I'd lost five pounds. I really thought it would be waaay more than that because all of my pants are so much looser. Except around the tummy. I love that. It took me forever to show with Izzy, and I'm already starting to round out with this one. Not only am I big and tall, I have a very long waist so it's easy for me to carry babies. I mean that only in the sense that my body handles the extra girth well. It does not handle the hormones well at all, but I'm on a new medicine now that is helping. I only got sick twice yesterday. *sigh* It's getting me through the day though, so I'll keep taking it for a while. Ummm....about 5 more days to be exact. The doctor gave me 8 samples, and it's waaayyy too expensive for me to buy, so keep your fingers crossed that this nausea relaxes its grip.
I'm getting icky now, so I have to go grab some munchies.

Oh wow - I am excited about the dryer too! Mine is seriously from the 1950's.I have to keep turning the dial since it only goes to 45 minutes and it take about 70 to dry a load. That dryer is such a bottleneck to doing laundry. I want a new one!!
LOL I totally did this over a dishwasher a few years ago- new washer and dryer so exciting- enjoy.
