This is why mothers go crazy.

12:30 - Go to bed to read.

1:00 - Izzy comes in and I take him back to bed. I go to bed too.

1:15 - Izzy comes in and I take him back to bed. I tell him not to get out of bed until it is daylight. He says, "Till it a purty day?" Yep. Not until it's purty.

1:30 - Izzy comes in and I take him back to bed. First, however, I take him to the bathroom to pee and he pretends to throw up.

1:50 - Sophie wakes up and I bring her to bed with us.

3:30 - Izzy comes in and tells me he needs a Band-Aid. I take him back to bed.

3:45 - Izzy comes in and I take him back to bed, after giving him Benadryl, because I am mother freaking tired at this point. Oh yes, and more fake-puking.

3:50 - Sophie wakes up because of the noise Izzy and I are making.

4:15 - I put Sophie in her crib to cry it out because she will not settle back down.

4:35 - Izzy opens the door to the bathroom where Chris is showering and I take him back to bed.

4:45 - Izzy opens the shower door to talk to Chris. I verbally explode. I grab him and put him in his room. His door sticks, so he can't get out. I go lay back down.

4:50 - Chris gets out of the shower and hears both kids screaming their heads off in their respective rooms. I pretend to be asleep.

4:55 - Chris tries to rock Sophie to sleep but she's not going for it. Meanwhile, Izzy goes to sleep, where he'll stay until 8:50. Chris reopens his door.

5:10 - Chris brings me Sophie.

5:30 - I give Sophie Tylenol in an attempt to get her to GO BACK TO SLEEP.

6:00 - Sophie finally dozes back off, after more than two hours of playing.

8:15 - I am awakened for the day by a laughing Sophie who thinks it's hilarious to kick Mommy in the face over and over again with her two tiny feet.
