Yipppeee!!!!!!!

We have had a very exciting weekend! We loaded up the kids and the van and met my sister and her husband and kids shortly after 6:00 a.m. on Sunday morning and headed to Pittsburgh for an overnight trip. Had a BLAST even though we didn't buy much at Ikea, which was our main destination. While we were there, however, our realtor called us several times with people wanting to look at the house. On our way home Monday evening, we had an offer on the table and by Tuesday afternoon, we had a second offer!! Both people came by for the first time on Sunday while we were out of town.

We decided that the fairest way to proceed was to have them both bring their best offer to us by noon today and we'd take the best one, and we have!!!! It's an even better offer than our first one (the-buyer-who-walked) that fell through. I am so happy...and now I've got every single body part crossed that this time it all works out!!!!!!!!

Who'd have thought it? A bidding war after 18 months. Suh-weet!!
